Really lovely villa with a lot of space for larger families to not feel on top of each other. Location is great for small children, being on a private residential development with very few cars. The shared private beach is a few minutes walk at most even for the littlest of legs. The beach is great for snorkelling and some rock pooling when the tide is out. Villasimius is not far for shops and great bakery and patisserie. Also for more sandy beaches if your children prefer to be running in and out of the sands like ours. Anna is an excellent host. Very helpful and responsive. The beautiful villa is extremely clean and a very welcome home from home. Thanks for a great stay!Review dated 25/09/2019

A really spacious house, we had more than enough space for 3 families (5 children under 4). The tall trees in the garden are stunning and provide shade which is great for everyone. The location is incredible, just a minute walk from a very child friendly private beach. We enjoyed it so much that we barely left the house and its beach the whole week! Lots of toys, books and games for the little ones (both for the beach and to play indoors) - and baby equipment. The owner was exceptionally helpful and arranged for someone to come cook some delicious meals for us (she was even able to cater for my gluten and dairy free needs), which was very convenient and allowed us to try local cuisine without having to go to restaurants which can be challenging with toddlers. The garden is big and there are some steps so we felt we had to keep an eye on the little ones.Review dated 24/09/2019

We spent a week at Villa Capo Boi, and made some lovely memories! The grounds are well kept and the children enjoyed exploring them. The pictures of the Villa are hard to show how lovely it is and we found it much larger than expected! The Villa is well equipped - especially for beach toys which is great when you can't bring these with you. We loved having our morning coffee on the roof terrace and there is a stair gate to ensure children can't get up unsupervised. The best aspect was the 30m walk to the private beach with its clear blue waters. Being up early with the children we often had this to ourselves! Communication from the Villa owners was plentiful and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!Review dated 09/07/2018

Our two families had a delightful stay at Capo Boi. The proximity of the private beach, and the fact that it is a small cove, was brilliant and our children played happily for hours while we could easily keep an eye on them. We also loved all the outside space and eating areas at the villa, as well as the hot outdoor showers under the pine trees. The property has a number of small flights of steps (between the two living spaces and the bedrooms), with tiled floors and no handrail. These were no problem for our confident two-year olds, but a crawling baby or toddler would require supervision. There are lots of excellent and very family-friendly restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive and our children were kept happy by testing out new flavour combinations at the numerous gelateria. There is also a very nice playground, with some shade, in nearby Villisimius. Review dated 15/06/2018
